COMPANY STORY

Mike the owner did his building apprenticeship in 2007 for Solid Builders, in Christchurch.
In 2012 he formed his construction company "Ideal Projects ltd". He then went on to work for EQC as an assessor.

During his time in Christchurch he employed 5 guys on wages and had 5 other contractors working for Ideal Projects. The work consisted of new builds, renovations and earthquake repairs.

In 2017 Mike moved to Wanaka where he now calls home. He has contracted to a few companies. Working on architectural builds and for a housing company.

Ideal Projects is now focusing on ways to improve their dream for the building industry. The two most important principals are more efficient and more sustainable building practices.

Mike plans on leading by example with his own build planned to start at the end of 2020.
